Refund Policy

Pre-Order Refunds & Cancellations

Pre-order items may be canceled and fully refunded within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, all pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. This is because items are produced specifically based on confirmed orders.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

     - The item arrives damaged or defective

     - You received the wrong item or size

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be:

    - Unworn

    - Unwashed

    - In original condition

 

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used toward future drops.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

   - Worn or washed items

   - Items damaged after delivery

   - Orders placed outside the stated return window

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
