Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted if:

     - The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

     - The request is made within 7 days of delivery

     - The requested size is in stock

Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee availability for all sizes.

 

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, sizes are reserved based on confirmed orders.

If you need a different size after delivery, we will do our best to accommodate the request if inventory allows.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

     - Store credit, or

     - An exchange on a future drop

 

Exchange Process

To request a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

     - Your order number

     - The size you ordered

     - The size you would like to exchange for

Approved exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

 

Shipping for Exchanges

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges

   - We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you

 

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for size exchange:

   - Worn or washed items

   - Items damaged after delivery

   - Requests made outside the exchange window

 

Final Notes

All items are produced in limited quantities. We encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase.
